 Tips For Staying Healthy


A healthy way of life can help you thrive for the rest of your life. Making healthy decisions, on the other hand, isn't always simple. It might be difficult to find the time and energy to exercise or cook healthy meals on a daily basis.


Steps you can take:

  • Most days of the week, be physically active for 30 minutes. If you're short on time, break it up into three 10-minute sessions



  • Consume a low-fat, well-balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Choose a low-saturated-fat, low-cholesterol diet with a moderate amount of sugar, salt, and total fat.
  • Don't smoke, or quit if you do. 




  • Drink in moderation if you drink alcohol. Never drink before or while driving, or when pregnant.
  • Brush your teeth after meals with a soft or medium bristled toothbrush. Also brush after drinking and before going to bed. Use dental floss daily.
