1. Eat a balanced diet

Cut back on salt. Your daily salt consumption should not exceed 1 gram (or 1 teaspoon). 

Limit your sugar intake. Limit your sugar intake to 50 grams or about 12 teaspoons a day. You can achieve this by avoiding snacks, candies, and sweetened drinks, such as fruit juices and sodas.



2. Stay well hydrated

Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Water is required for regular bowel function, healthy muscular performance, immunological and skin health, and is made up of 80% of your body. 

Dehydration, weariness, headaches, dry skin, and a weaker immune system can all result from not drinking enough water.






3. Exercise regularly

At least 150 minutes of exercise each week, or 30 minutes of exercise at least 5 days per week, is recommended. 

The idea is to be physically active, whether it's via walking, jogging, swimming, or completing an at-home Pilates session.




4. Get enough good sleep



The immune system and sleep have a tight connection. While you are sleeping, getting seven to nine hours of sleep heals and strengthens your body. 

Sleep is essential for your physical and emotional well-being.





5. Manage your stress



Many disorders, ranging from migraines to heart problems, are known to be triggered by stress. 

Watching a hilarious movie, drawing, going for long walks, working in the garden, listening to music, or soaking in a bubble bath are all good ways to reduce stress.

Talking to your friends and family members is another great technique to get rid of negative ideas.
